Rated 1 out of5 byfeduchin fromHopelessIf it's not bluetooth it's bloody hopeless! The Surface Pro 3 has just ONE USB port: Mine is already connected to a 7-port hub, how many more items should I attach to it??So currently I am stuck with this AWFUL Type Cover. Yes, I know it's supposed to be great because it, together with the Surface, is so light; but the fact is the Type Cover is TERRIBLE for any true typist to use!I bought the Surface because my Lenovo Edge (11.6", E130 model) BROKE at the hinge; a truly awful manufacturing fault that Lenovo would not acknowledge; so I certainly will NEVER buy Lenovo again. Thus I pulled the laptop apart and sold the bits to try to retrieve some final value out of it... BUT the 11'6" keyboard is a work of art.For one thing it is only 1/3rd (!!) of the weight of the Surface Type Cover; and the other thing is, it is a beautiful keyboard with well defined, raise keys (but NO higher than the Type Cover ones) and wonderful touch.SO WHY ARE WE FORCED TO USE THE TYPE COVER ABOMINATION??Is it truly beyond Microsoft's capability to design and manufacture a HIGH QUALITY Surface Type Cover, instead of something that has NO feel to it except it feels like a piece of cardboard??
