Rated 3 out of5 byAdoptedsipdog fromThis has to be saidThe Microsoft remote is great at being a remote, nice to hold and ready to use, but owning this thing for over a year I believe that Microsoft should be in the stealth industry. If planes were built with the same material as this remote no radar would ever pick it up, as soon as I put it down on the couch, is gone I cannot find it for hours. This remote HD been hidden for about 90% of the time I owned it, maybe you should bring out a green one or something I don't know. Think I'm over exaggerating, this remote has no right angle edges and the material is none reflective just like a stealth bomber. Also maybe a Bluetooth version would be nice so I can skip songs from the kitchen like the ps3 remote.

A PVR option would be the killer feature which is missing. However the Xbox lacks subtitle support for live tv. Switching between channels incurs a one second delay. The actual remote is nice, but I wonder how long the rubber coating will last as it has normally degraded quickly on other products that I've had with a rubber coating in the past.

Thankfully the remote lights up when its moved so you just have to hope you are able to knock your hand into it when searching for it with the lights off.Love this remote and love how it feels on your hand. Not sure what that material is but it's really nice.

Rated 1 out of5 byBrebinator fromJust a normal Infra Red remoteNot really much to say here but the Xbox one is great at watching (not recording TV) the remote sorts out the Volume, but it needs to be on the same level as the Samsung 9 series. Because it is 2015 and not 1992.

The fact that the LED's light up on the buttons when the remote is picked up is particularly useful. The remote would be perfect if it was a bit lighter and it would be nice to see touch enabled buttons, rather than traditional press buttons. Overall a good TV and Xbox One remote.
