Rated 1 out of5 by fromWon't start.I bought this software to replace a non-functioning Outlook 2010 (wouldn't start). This version could not find the files from the 2010 version and eventually stopped trying to work in Windows 10. Money wasted. Have replaced with another product from another supplier.

Rated 1 out of5 by fromNo great features in OutlookI'm not stupid, I have used computers on a daily basis since the first table tops came out. At times I taught computer literacy courses to teachers and have a PhD. I found the instructions hopelessly confusing. When I purchased the program, I downloaded it and installed as I have done with many programs. It took me hours to discover that there was an extra step. The syncing instructions were even more confusing. Most people I know would prefer to have a simple email program such as Outlook Express. I certainly would.I'm not even sure what you mean by nickname. I will enter the nickname I used for Skype and hope it is the right one nor am I sure what email address you want, my local provider, shaw cable or my gmail address or does it make a difference. I will use my local provider address and see what happens.

Rated 5 out of5 by fromOutlook 2016Outlook 2016 is chock full of features that make sending e-mails... and by that I mean not only simple word messages, but messages along with pictures, schematics, charts, pdf files to name but a few... virtually effortless. Especially when combined with Office 2016 sending anything becomes almost seamless. I would not want any other mail application other than Outlook 2016.

Rated 5 out of5 by fromIt's been great so far.I had Outlook 2010 on my computer and was having some problems with it so I decided to upgrade to Outlook 2016. I had absolutely no problem with installation. I didn't have to do anything after downloading. It automatically synced with Outlook 2010 so I didn't have to enter server information and all of emails (and folders) were in Outlook 2016 after a few minutes. It's worked perfected so far.

Rated 4 out of5 by fromGood, but could be better. It's a useful email client, but I wish it had a way to import mail from my previous email client. Outlook will only import mail from a server, and then only from the inbox. It should be dead easy to import a mailbox from another email program, especially the one I was using, which stores mail as text files. Also, I had to go out of my way to view the internet headers for a spam email I was tracing. This should be a button on the screen, not buried in the File menu.

Rated 1 out of5 by fromNo good to meOutlook is not compatible with Office 2013 but they did not tell me that until after I purchased it. Then they wanted me to purchase the Office 2016 upgrade. No thanks.

Rated 1 out of5 by fromDon't even think about it!!!!I didn't realize Outlook wasn't part of the Office 2016 package the store clerk sold me and when I picked up my brand new HP the manager said to simply download...HUGE MISTAKE!!!!!!! I have wasted almost 15 hours with Help Desk and ultimately had to take the machine back to Staples for them to strip it and reload everything...still don't have the machine. Maybe on reading this a VP will contact me and also rebate my money for Help Desk.
