Ratings and Reviews

Rated 1 out of5 by fromMinecraftI purchased it. When I put it in, I can't play it. It says it needs PAL60. My TV only works in PAL50. I would expect all games support both PAL50 and PAL60 by now. It is very disappointing.

Rated 4 out of5 by fromOur new babysitter and teacher!I bought this as my kids have been at me for ages to get them a copy of the ubiquitous Minecraft. Glad I did! They're sitting together, working away at a building (they rarely leave the ingame editor - "creative mode") and forging a team ethic that should last for the future. As an avid gamer myself and having played Minecraft on-and-off for the last few years, I can say that this port of the PC title to Xbox is a clean one. I love the way crafting works in this version; rather than having to remember endless minutiae about which ingredient goes where on the 3x3 grid, you tell it what you want, and it lets you know what the recipe is!Multiplayer is excellent fun, both online and side-by-side. No real parental issues (swearing, etc).Highly recommended for the first time comer to the series, or even to old time Minecraft fans who just want to shake up their game a little.

Rated 3 out of5 by fromgood game, too expensive...minecraft is a good game to play but you need to expand it to different platforms instead of being exclusive to xbox 360 and it is just too expensive... :'(
