Introducing Microsoft Signature Professional
We are pleased to introduce Microsoft Signature Professional, a set of in-store technology and services designed to help give you the solutions your business needs to perform at its peak and stay up and running. A 1-year membership for your business is $399 and allows you to register up to 5 PCs in the program. You can add additional PCs to your membership for $79 per PC.

Microsoft Signature Upgrade and Device Setup
Each PC included in your membership is eligible to receive our Microsoft Signature Upgrade, followed by our Data Transfer and Device Set Up service. This includes:
- Removal of trial software offers and redundant utility ware that can slow down your PC
- Installation of a custom configuration of Windows 7 together with our essential Signature software components, engineered to help improve your PC's speed and performance. (Windows 7, sold separately, is required for Microsoft Signature Upgrade.)
- As part of the Microsoft Signature Upgrade, you will receive Microsoft Security Essentials, which helps to provide you with real-time protection for your PC by helping to guard against viruses, spyware, and other malicious software
- Data Transfer and PC Set Up
- Email and Device Setup (includes up to one phone per registered PC)
Ongoing Support
We'll help keep you up and running with:
- Priority technical phone support, including Microsoft software repair, so help is only a call away. This includes the option of remote access to assist with issues
- PC Loaner program: you will be eligible for a loaner PC if your registered PC requires repairs that will take more than 24 hours
- PC maintenance: up to 4 PC Tune-Ups annually per registered PC
- Up to one complimentary Virus and Spyware Removal service per term for each registered PC
- Dedicated in-store business advisor for technology consultations
- Free installation of software purchased at the Microsoft Store on registered PCs
- 10% off each in-store purchase of five or more Microsoft software products
- Ability to schedule use of Microsoft Store theater space for your business events
Training
We'll also provide you tools that you can use to help grow your business through our Business Group Training service. This includes up to six 1-hour private group training sessions in our store theater space. Choose from a variety of available topics.
