Rated 1 out of5 byIraBob fromGood screen protection, but not from a fallPros:- This case will add minimal bulk to your 1520.- It slides in and out of a pants pocket easily, with no clinging or lint buildup.- The screen cover cleans up nicely with some Fantastik or Formula 409.- The screen cover provides good screen protection from keys or other metal objects scratching the screen in a pocket or backpack (which is where I usually carry it).- Easy to snap on and off.- The rear camera lens is recessed 1-2mm with the case, providing some protection for the lens when the phone is placed face upCons:- As noted in other reviews here, the plastic corners are fragile. One drop and you can assume that a corner will break. After that, it's just a matter of time before the phone will slip out of the case and drop while you're taking it out of pack/purse/pocket or while you're holding it. There's really no other "con" worth adding, since this should be a dealbreaker for anyone except those of you who never EVER drop anything. However, I'll continue...- This is the second Nokia case I've owned. When the phone first came out (Nov 2013?) I bought it because I couldn't text accurately on any other phone's virtual keyboard. At the time, I think this was the only case available that was specific to the 1520. Now (2 years later), there are far more - and better, and less expensive - choices. This is the 2nd case I bought because the corners of the first one cracked off. Ditto the 2nd one, with now the added feature of a shattered screen due the phone slipping out of the case while taking a pic of a beautiful Florida storm system.- The "kickstand" feature is pretty much worthless. The phone is too heavy for the "kickstand" to support the phone. And if any of the corners are cracked, the phone will slip out anyway.I've tried to be "fair and balanced". Any other case will add bulk, which, when buying such a sleek piece of gear such as the 1520, is a shame to have to cover up. But this phone has taken the place of my laptop on short trips (less than 1 week) and my iPad. I use it for business, for reading from my NY Times subscription, and for Skype and Voxer. It's worth it to me to add a little bulk to ALL the dimensions to keep the phone in good working condition. For me, the Otterbox would probably be too big, so I am considering the JKase (or identical?) Kuteck case available on Amazon, or the Incipio Feather case available here or Amazon.

It is easy to clean, a nice color, but provides no protection really - but that is definitely not why I got this case at all. It is mostly for aesthetics and not for protecting your phone from wear. The corners on mine are still intact because I didn't force the phone or pry it...there is a method to it!

Rated 1 out of5 byAhmedinejad fromMajor long term consequencesBuild quality and performance is great but after about one and a half years of using it, it messed up my touch screen as a 6" phone is highly prone to warp when you snap the corners in and it bends the glass. Now, occasionally, my screen randomly activates touch and the screen image flickers all over the place until I lock and unlock. You can avoid this if you snap two corners in at the same time rather than one after the other but that method might break the corners as others mentioned here. Either way I still wouldn't recommend this for long term use. Shame since it's such a nice product.

Rated 1 out of5 bywincelow fromI would give zero stars if I couldI never leave reviews, but felt compelled to do so for this. Number one, my phone screen smashed while it was in this case. It fell from my desk onto my carpeted floor and broke. What is the point of a case that won't protect against that? Before that, one corner had snapped off entirely. It didn't affect the ability of the cover to stay on, but it does nothing to scream "quality" at me. I see this is a common problem.Thirdly, the screen doesn't stop the phone getting incredibly dirty, especially around the back.Fourthly, this would be 10 times better (although 10 times zero is still zero) if the rubber screen cover was magnetic as with the iPad. Perhaps that is a patent problem?Lastly, the folding bit isn't stiff enough to truly support the phone. With an iPad case, it just works beautifully. I could coax this to support the weight of the phone after a few seconds of fiddling with it, but it's not very good at doing so.

I was so happy with the whole purchase (It was a birthday gift from my husband) I had it placed near my beats boom box to listen to music because I was still using my Samsung Note 4 and when I went to get it I noticed something fall... The top right corner piece broke off, I was so mad I could not believe it. I didn't even use it!!! Very dissapointed with this case and will never recommend it... Not even to pay the $12.50!!!

Perfect for me, because I toss it in my briefcase when I travel. I have had this case for more than 6-months and the only negative asspect is that it does not work that great as a stand. If it did I would give it 5 stars.
