Born to run
The Forerunner 10 starts with the push of a button, then automatically alerts you with a friendly beep when you've completed another mile. At the end of your run, save your data and get a detailed summary of how you did, including your total time, distance, average pace, and calories burned. The watch can even tell you when you've run your fastest mile, or that you've completed your longest run to date.
"A simple GPS watch for runners who aren't tech savvy."
For runners who need a little more, Forerunner 10 comes with Virtual Pacer, which compares your current running pace to your target. It also has a run/walk feature that’s helpful if you’re just starting out, or your running plan includes walk breaks.
Socialize your run
To share your workout info, connect your watch to your computer, then upload your stats to Garmin Connect. The app shows your run on a map and lets you to share it with friends—all for free.
The Forerunner 10 is powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery. For typical use (with GPS on 30 minutes per day), the battery life is 10 days. If used continuously with GPS, the battery life is 5 hours.
