Rated 5 out of5 by fromAMAZINGI bought my surface pro 3 at Best Buy because I had an abundance of gift cards from them to be able to purchase anything I wanted. The surface has always intrigued me and many of my friends, associates and co workers are apple people. After I bought my surface pro 3, obviously I had to show it off and everyone is envious. When I bought my surface however, I did not get the extended warranty from best buy. After looking/researching online about extended coverage for the surface, I was absolutely amazed how EVERYONE had nothing but praise for MS COMPLETE. So I called Best Buy (because I still had gift cards from them) and spoke to their Geek Squad and learned that I could still purchase coverage (They only give you 15 days from the date of purchase to do so). However, MS gives you 45 days after purchase. For me this was not even a choice, not only was Best Buy's coverage $10.00 more, I saw NOTHING ONLINE about how they replace etc if it is broken, damaged, etc. I called MS Store got my coverage and couldn't be happier. Tech support, and questions answered all on MS website. Personally I think apple is numbering its days. This is the way to go, especially if you have a windows phone!

I'm still learning all the tricks, because it is so different from my old Dell. I'd recommend this for anyone who wants something light weight, fast as lightning and so versatile!

Rated 5 out of5 by fromLove Microsoft CompleteI have had several instances where I had to call Microsoft for support. Mostly just for help on something I didn't know how to do. The support people are ALWAYS knowledgeable and very friendly and eager to help. That kind of peace of mind is worth the price. I really feel that if ANYTHING were to happen, no matter how catastrophic, Microsoft support could probably solve the issue or make the solution as easy as possible on me. Quick story: I fell for a support scam, thought I could spot fakers but this one was good and I accidentally had called a BAD number looking for HP support for a printer. The scammer, who I let into my Surface Pro 3, started showing me logs and the EVENTS LOG and trying to alarm me. "I've never SEEN so many events on a log, (it was about 4000)" He tries to sell me quick support for recovery, I KNEW I could just call Microsoft for support, got him out of my computer, immediately called MS and the guy took me through a few places on the Surface, said "your FINE, everything's normal." Then he said, and this was the biggest piece of mind and help, "yor computer racks up over 10,000 events a YEAR. Putting your computer to SLEEP is an event." That made me feel SO much better. That ONE call alone was worth MS Complete. Thanks, Microsoft!!

Rated 5 out of5 by fromAmazing customer experienceI'm glad I got the complete for my SP3.A few weeks into using the surface, my adapter broke. Thankfully, it was covered by the warranty and getting one shipped was no problem at all. Living in Canada, I got it within one day.Moreover, MS is really trying hard in terms of customer experience. And a rep at the local store also offered to provide the adapter.In any case, I was very impressed by MS.
