Rated 2 out of5 byDrWood fromSim City THE LIMITED EDITIONwhen I saw this game. I ha d to have it. I remembered building awesome cities. expanding my mind filling it with creative blueprints I had the power to build or demolish cites. I held the fate of the entire population in my hand. with the tap of my finger societies could be brought to life, or completly wiped off the face of the map. It was my world. I loved it, .BUT...I repeat. BUT.... this is not that game. What I actually purchased was NOT EVEN A GAME. I purchased ONLINE ACCESS ONLY to a game that is similar but definitely not the one I fell in love with. BUT... HERES ANOTHER BUT... It does show an ad that once again offers me the possilbility of a reunion with the game that I loved. Now here it is THE REAL ORIGINAL VERSION of SimCity. For ONLY $20 MORE I can (hopefully) purchase the disk of creative awesomeness, or at least access to it as long as I'm online and I have money more to give them. if the conditions are correct and the planets line up, I cross my eyes, and stand on one foot. then maybe if I do that . by the time I'm done I may have learned to read well enough to understand that limited edition doesn't mean original. I sure wanted to play the original so I was kinda butt hurt. but I suppose its a decent game for people who have internet access. BUT FOR ONLY $20 MORE i can purchase an offline version of the game. E.A. Could chage their slogan to E>A> "IT'S IN THE BANK"Now I understand why it's THE LIMITED EDITION .
