Ratings and reviews

Rated 1 out of5 by fromThis game should be called "Robbed"Played this game for about a week, and that was enough. Gameplay mechanics and button mapping are atrocious. While the graphics in this game actually are impressive, that positive feature doesn't make up for the negative ones. This game was promoted as being "open world" but it is completely linear with a constrictive map and uninteresting story. You'll probably find this one at the bottom of a bargain bin by June. Best of luck to anyone willing to take a risk on this title.

Rated 3 out of5 by fromLacking Story, Terrible Map, but Superb GameplayThis game didn't have much going for it before release since all eyes were set on Dark Souls 2 and of course, the highly-acclaimed Titanfall. However, if you look at it, it's basically the game to kick off the great gaming year of 2014. No special games came out before it, and if you don't like Titanfall or Dark Souls and own an Xbox console, then why wouldn't you pick it up? I enjoy both those games, but still wanted to give this game a shot. Let me just say that the prologue and first chapter of this game are phenomenal. They give you the true sense of being a Master Thief, stealing a necklace in a mansion to robbing a jewelery store blind. After the beginning, the story has nothing going for it. The story is bland and makes it as if the game isn't about stealing but about a lost girl. I can't stand it and once you're done with the storyline, the real fun comes back. Why wouldn't you enjoy roaming the great gloomy city? You can do many client jobs for extra cash, and Basso has a great line-up of odd jobs for you. Lots of collectibles also! This game's replay value is great, but if you are looking for a story, do not get this game. You will be let down. You want fun? Buy this game!
