I have had trouble with the receivers malfunctioning. i've gone through at least two in the last couple of years. Now replacing with different model or brand

Another issue is that the mouse stopped functioning when I inserted another USB device in my laptop. Beyond that I would have been happy with this mouse. Microsoft was willing to replace this mouse, but I could not find the receipt.

Rated 5 out of5 byZeke103 fromSmall & Fits My HandJust received this Wireless Mobile Mouse 3500 & Keyboard 2000. I purchased them because I just upgraded to Windows 10 & the number pad on my Logitech Keyboard would not work. I thought that perhaps a Microsoft Mouse & Keyboard that was compatible with Windows 10 would be better. However, the problem is with Windows 10 not the Mouse or Keyboard. That being said I do like both the Mouse & Keyboard better because; Mouse fits my hand, the wheel seems to be more reliable and I really like the feel of the keys on the Keyboard so now if I can just get it to let me use the Number Pad I'll be a really happy camper. Please note that I did a previous review for these products but I wasn't happy with how it came out.

Rated 5 out of5 byrobot_rover fromReliable Little MouseI bought this mouse about a year ago and it works well for everything. It works on leather, wood and even some carpet. Its batteries last for a long time and it is very reliable. I use it for some mild gaming, but if you are and enthusiast you will want one with more buttons. This mouse just works.

Rated 5 out of5 bycharles1 fromGood MouseNo problems. I have been using this for several years. I haven,t kept track of battery life but often use up batteries which have been changed out from other devices or use rechargeables. The mouse never skips and is usable on many surfaces.

Rated 5 out of5 byZeke103 fromSmall and works wellPurchased this because I upgraded to Windows 10 and my Logitech keyboard would not work or so I thought. I bought this mouse & keyboard because it was compatibility but turns out the keyboard still does not work....I can not use the Number Pad. However that is is not the problem of the keyboard or the mouse it is the problem of Windows 10. Will get it fixed eventually. The mouse & keyboard work well in fact, I especially like the keyboard keys.
