Rated 4 out of5 byNorm32 fromvery niceI used this German language Pack and was able to translate two letters. There were some words that the writers used and the free internet translator couldn't recognize. Must be local terms as the letters were from two different areas of the country. I liked it very much.

Rated 1 out of5 byEliSpie fromConfusedI run Office 2013 on a Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit machine. In Windows, I installed English (US) as default language and furthermore Dutch, French, German, Hebrew and Spanish. With the exception of German, I have all these languages available in Office for proofing. Office has sub-directories in 'Program Files' and 'Program Files (x86)' directories. I just bought the German language pack (64-bit) since the free proofing tool would not install. The same appears to be true for the pack I just bought. The package advised me to remove all 32-bit components. Too drastic to my liking. A refund would be appreciated.

Rated 1 out of5 bychasexeen fromLanguage Packs for Office 2013Office 2010 provided multiple language features at no additional cost. The list of free language downloads for Office 2013 is totally mysterious. Example: Basque but not Spanish? Office 2013 should provide free language packs for most United Nations languages.

Rated 2 out of5 byEm2013 fromMake Language packs part of OfficeI bought the Danish Language Pack. I am a translator and need language support in a language other than English, French or Spanish; it really should be free with the purchase of Office 2013.
