A graphics processor helps increase the performance of certain features, such as drawing tables in Excel 2013 or transitions, animations, and video integration in PowerPoint 2013. Use of a graphics processor with Office 2013 requires a Microsoft DirectX 10-compliant graphics processor that has 64MB of video memory. These processors were widely available in 2007. Most computers that are available today include a graphics processor that meets or exceeds this standard. However, if you or your users do not have a graphics processor, you can still run Office 2013.

I am a current Office 365 Small Business Premium subscriber. How do I renew?

Add Office 365 Small Business Premium to your cart by clicking on the "Renew Now" button above. After purchase, you will receive a new 25-character product key. To redeem your product key and renew your subscription:

  • Sign in to the Office 365 admin portal.
  • Select the subscription you would like to extend and click on the "Extend subscription" link on the right.
  • Enter your 25-character product key and follow the remaining instructions.
I need Office for my business, but I am not a current Office 365 Small Business Premium subscriber. What are my options?

Office 365 Small Business Premium is only available as a renewal for existing subscribers. Please consider these Office 365 plans for small and midsized businesses.

How many users does Office 365 Small Business Premium support?

Office 365 Small Business Premium supports a maximum of 300 users.

I’m running Windows Vista or Windows XP. Will I have any limitations?

Office 365 Small Business Premium supports Windows Vista and Windows XP for most web-based functionality. However, it does not support the download and use of the latest version of Office software, and you cannot substitute Office 2010 for the latest version. You can connect your existing Office 2010 or Office 2007 software to the Office 365 service, but if you are running Windows Vista or Windows XP, you cannot install Office 365 Small Business Premium software, and you cannot replace Office 365 Small Business Premium software with a download of Office 2010.

What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?

Your data is yours. If you decide to cancel your Office 365 subscription, you can download your data—for example, your email and documents on team sites—and save it to another location. You should save your data before you cancel. After you cancel your subscription, data associated with your Office 365 account will be available to your administrator(s) in a limited function account for 90 days.

What if I already own a domain name?

You can add the domain name you own to Office 365 to create domain-based email addresses.

Is Internet access required for Office 365?

Internet access is required to install and activate all Office 365 plans and to manage your subscription account. Internet connectivity is also required to access Office 365 cloud productivity services, including email, conferencing, IT management, and other services.

Office 365 Small Business Premium also includes the desktop version of Office. One of the benefits of having the desktop version of Office applications is that you can work offline and have the confidence that the next time you connect to the Internet all your work will automatically sync, so you never have to worry about your documents being up to date. Your desktop version of Office is also automatically kept up to date and upgraded when you connect to the Internet, so you always have the latest tools to help you work.

Hire an IT consultant. Setup is all Upper Geek. Use of the programs is 100% moderate user. Consultant can not only do installation and complete set up, they can assess your computer and network to make sure it is up to speed and function as it should. Our office workers now have complete access to all programs anywhere! Because of the exchange Outlook is fully functional with appointments and calendars. Thank You Microsoft!!! This is exactly what small business needed!

Rated 5 out of5 by fromPerfectHas been running nicely for 8 months. Set up needs some IT experience, DNS and domains, I did it myself with no issues. Service has been absolutely flawless. I access both on work computers and on android and osx platforms, and the Microsoft apps to do this are mature and run as good as native. 'OneDrive' isn't always straightforward - but I knew what to expect since I've been using this product since the days when it was called 'Groove'. I would like to be able to add Visio to my subscription, like the other poster. But apart from these minor niggles, I'm pleased with the product and I'm happy to run my business on it.

Rated 4 out of5 by fromI quite like itI am using all the Office Apps on my laptop and iPad and iPhone. Also using web hosting and email. I had a couple of issues with my domain registrar set up around the DNS initially, but I was able to talk to a support engineer at Microsoft who was awesome and things were fixed at my end in short order with his advice. Everything works just fine and I am what you would call a power user, so if it could have been broken, I'd have done it.I only wish they would let you add Visio to the same subscription rather than having a new fake account. I have no issue with paying for Visio, as an IT professional, I just refuse to create a shadow account. LOL. Microsoft, if you're listening, you'll get more of my money (and that fifth star!) when you get the ability to add Visio to an existing Small Business Premium subscription!

Rated 1 out of5 by fromnightmare to set up - MS exchange is mandatory!Bought for small business and it is not obvious pre-purchase that a subscription exchange account (if you know what that is of course - it is not an integral feature of office 365 for business as I mistakenly thought) is needed for syncing desktop outlook for access on the move. Initial set up is a minefield and user unfriendly. Cancelled in despair before end of 1st month.

Rated 1 out of5 by fromOld Product!This is the OLD version of this software and the Product Key does not provide an evergreen solution for small businesses (they aren't upgrading this... it's the old solution). When this is initialized you get the old experience (Small Business Premium) and NO EASY WAY to "upgrade" to "Business Premium" without losing your subscription (for which I still have no resolution on yet). Need Multi-Factor Auth? Nope. Need access to the new Control Panel in Business Premium? Nope. VERY FRUSTRATING.

The User Admin is NOT user friendly - you had better have expert IT folks on standby - NOT USER FRIENDLY
