However, there are a few minor problems with it: on my windows phone, the volume up/down functions do not work, and the microphone is not as good as expected. Other than that though, they are Great!

Rated 2 out of5 by fromGood Sound, Bass-heavy - NO VOLUME BUTTON!The volume buttons mentioned in the manual simply do not exist. It is not a compatibility issue - there is only one button on the PCB in the in-line mic compartment (I checked). If you don't care about the volume button and you love bass, then you might still like these earbuds.
