Rated 5 out of5 by fromWorks FlawlesslyI should have bought my Xbox One with the Kinect from the start. No more hassles logging in with my secure password (really long and tedious) and we love using the fitness app.

Rated 3 out of5 by fromGood starting point still needs improvementI got this sensor for use with Windows. The hardware requirement is quite high. But Micrsoft does not have a published list of compatible hardwares. In the requirement it says a dedicated USB 3.0 port. Usually computer hardware manufacturers only specify USB 3.0 capable, but nothing about "dedicated". There is no further explanation on how that dedication can be guaranteed for a new computer or motherboard or a PCIe adapter. On the other hand, the depth sensor I got have two dead pixels and one flickering pixels. This is annoying. The whole set is also very bulky with a lot of very thick cabling. I hope that they can be a lot smaller with thinner cabling.Would not recommend usage for Windows.

Rated 5 out of5 by fromNicely doneThe Kinect 2.0 is much more responsive than it's predecessor. "Xbox, On" may take a couple of tries sometimes, but most commands pick up correctly the first time.

Rated 4 out of5 by fromMost Important Piece To Xbox OneI bought this for my Nephew because he thought he would just get a Core System for $350.00 and save $100.00. He quickly found out that would have been the best $100.00 he spent. I also do not understand all the 1 Star reviews from people whom did not buy console with Kinect and then get mad about it. It works 1000 times better than the original version and is so convenient. I love it so much I find myself wishing everything had this functionality with it. My wife whom hates my gaming addiction is in love with the Xbox One because of the Kinect alone. Being able to have TV hooked into and cable hooked into means not needing a remote for anything including turning the TV on/off volume up/down or changing the channels. The Emmy award winning OneGuide can also be adjusted to the user and with the kinect makes life super easy. That is not even getting into the joys of using it with games. That is a whole other pleasure unto itself. Recording awesome clips without having to stop playing is awesome.
