Rated 3 out of5 by fromBeautiful design, needs fn keys as defaultIt was very exciting when I finally see a keyboard that is designed minimally, feels great, and has the number keypad. However my big complaint is the fn keys not set as default and there is no way to change it. I have a laptop that I have configured to the fn key being default, but this keyboard ignores my preference. This apparently is a repeated complaint about Microsoft keyboards. For the heavy hot key/fn key users, this is a huge annoyance. Please fix quick, even if I have to download a driver which is currently not needed.

Rated 5 out of5 by fromSlim, Sleek, Awesome!I purchased this desktop kit @ my local Microsoft Store to use with my Surface Pro 3 when it is docked at home as a desktop. So far, everything about the keyboard and mouse combo is great! Many people have compatibility or connection issues simply because the OS they are using is clearly labeled as not supported. I'm running Windows 10 on my SP3 and both the keyboard and mouse connected via bluetooth with no problems.The keyboard has a very satisfying feel to it when you are typing and the angle it rests at is optimal in my opinion. It has a slightly ruberized feeling to it, which I am loving. I can not say any negative things about this keyboard so far!As for the mouse, it is also very sleek and low profile. It feels "different" when compared to your typical bulky mouse, however, i do not find it problematic. I have "average" sized hands, and i think it feels great. I am using it straight on my black wooden desk and have no problems with tracking.Overall, this bundle is great if you are looking for a desktop kit with a low profile and small footprint. Assuming your OS is supported, I would highly recommend it!

I have paired the set with my laptop however it wouldn't function as no driver could be found for the devices. AFTER HOURS OF RESEARCH ON THE WEB IT TURNS OUT THIS DEVICE IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH WINDOWS 7. RETURNING THE SET. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!

Rated 2 out of5 by fromWhy move the keys around?I tried this with my Surface Pro 3 for 2 weeks and could never get used to the new layout or the feel of the mouse. I think they could have accomplished the same sleek look with a more traditional keyboard layout and a more ergonomic mouse. My biggest issue with the keyboard was that I couldn't get used to the new locations of the arrow and Delete keys (the arrows were the bigger problem). I otherwise liked the feel of the keyboard. The mouse was ok, but as I mentioned, a more ergonomic mouse (closer to the Wireless Mobile Mouse 4000) would have been better. The keyboard was great for typing otherwise and I never had any technical issues.

Rated 2 out of5 by fromI hate thisThe range is poor. The keys are unlighted, and the printing itself is tiny and unreadable. No where to grab the keyboard without hitting a key. The mouse lacks left and right wheel switches.

Rated 1 out of5 by fromLove Design, but....I purchased the device to work seamlessly with both my Surface Pro 3 (8.1) and HP (Windows 7 Enterprise. Works great with the Surface Pro, but the Bluetooth does not allow the device to connect to the HP. I'm still working the issue, but Bluetooth is Bluetooth. There should be no connectivity issues.
