Rated 2 out of5 by fromNot ready for PrimeTimeLots of minor problems and a couple of major ones that make Office 2016 unreliable. Forget about using it on the new Mac OS. Big problems there.

Rated 1 out of5 by fromNo user's guideIt seems as though Outlook 2016 for Mac has taken several steps backwards. It has less functionality and is difficult to to tailor to my needs. I would not recommend it.

Rated 3 out of5 by fromSlowly Getting ThereOutlook's gone a long way in their design, and although it's Mac client does everything I need to do and its convenience outweighs what it lacks, it does need a few tweaks before it gets to five stars.Outlook is a wonderful bundle of functionality and productivity, and it's replaced the native iOS Mail, Calendar, Notes, Contacts, and Reminders/Tasks apps. This is probably it's strongest feature, actually. It's all in one place, and it's (mostly) seamless. It does lack a few features, the biggest being a lack integration with OneDrive. While other Microsoft apps provide more continuity and the ability to save and sync with OneDrive, the feature has been overlooked in Outlook. Users are also unable to open up calendar's from non-exchange sources, and adding multiple notifications for calendar events is a no-can-do. Other issues only become mildly frustrating, as things like importing contacts from a non-outlook client can be done with their web-client.I use Outlook across my iOS devices: Macbook Pro, iPad, and iPhone, and have had no trouble with syncing or loss of information. It satisfies almost all of my needs, those left unsatisfied mostly have to do with necessary updates to their categories feature and implementing a notes pane into their iOS clients.Pros: Seamlessly transitioning from across iOS devices. Replaces multiple apps. Categories (once improved) will be more useful than other sorting features in iOS's Mail app. Ease of use. Easy to create rules for email, including automatically sorting into folders.Cons: Different categories for Exchange vs other source (should be optionally consistent). Drains a little too much battery. Needs shortcuts to specific folders in hierarchy. Lacks OneDrive integration (especially with files on the cloud).

Rated 3 out of5 by fromDoesn't play well with othersI've thoroughly enjoyed the way Outlooks functions by itself. It looks good, has tons of functional options, and is smooth to use. But it doesn't sync with other devices hardly at all. Outlook for PC has options this one doesn't, but both have serious limitations. At the very least, I'd want this to sync with Outlook.com so I can have the app on my phone the same as my computer. Why don't you sync with your own company?? I'm in the process of looking for other programs to manage my email, contacts, calendar, and tasks. Syncing with my phone is not an optional feature.
