Rated 5 out of5 byRonS fromWorks very well.I purchased this about a month ago. I have only used the Word, Excel, and Outlook programs so far but they work very well. I have used Outlook exclusively since making the purchase and am extremely satisfied. This was an upgrade from Outlook 2007 and the transition was transparent. The transition to Word and Excel from my older versions was also a non-event. The ability to install it on other computers in my family makes it especially attractive.

Marco from customer service tech was excellent, he was on the phone with me for 93 minutes and he was patience and polite the entire time. He did not try to rush off the phone. It is worth renewing your service knowing you will get good customer service.

Rated 5 out of5 byibtecadmin fromExcellent ProductI have been using it for over a year now and I have had no issues at all.The only thing that I wish Microsoft would do would be to allow it to be installed on 10 pc, phones, tablets without dividing it up. They currently divide the 10 installs to 5 pcs / laptops and 5 phones / tablets. I guess I don't have the normal family but I have 2 computers, my wife has 2 computers, my 2 daughters both have laptops, and my wife and I both have the Samsung ATIV Windows 8 phones so my needs for installing are 1 to many for the pc / laptop side

Rated 3 out of5 byAlanD fromCan't use my own domain nameI've used Network Solutions POP mail for 15 years and finally decided to move to Office 365 Home. We only use 2 mailboxes so 365 Home is a good fit and the price is right. I have to admit I was really disappointed after making my purchase that I would not be able to point my own domain name to the Office 365 mail servers. I had to keep my Network Solutions POP mailboxes and forward email from Network Solutions to Office 365. That meant I could not eliminate the Network Solutions expense so I ended paying for 2 email solutions. So overall, the Office 365 solutions wasn't as cheap as the Microsoft sales literature would have you believe.

For $100/year, I can download the software to 5 computers, use it with my cloud drive anytime, and use it on compatible tablets and smartphones. The price is a good deal and what led to to trying the product.The integration with the cloud drive has really worked out for me. Cloud storage is free but the GB available is much higher as a subscriber. MS office online works seamlessly and saved documents get updated instantly across my tablet, work laptop, personal laptop, and desktop. It has been an ideal solution to me constantly carrying around high capacity flash drives and updating my computers regularly.I highly recommend this product. Anyone who says that you cannot download it to the computer and you need to be connected to the internet to use the product at all is mistaken. You do need the connection to download, but I use my laptop when "unplugged" all the time.
