The user experience from check out to consumption of gift card is very poorly designed.1. After completing the check out process, I got the confirmation email about 10 - 15min later. Before I got the email, I kept checking my spam folder, and wonder if there is a problem with the check out process. Electronic gift card delivery should not take this long.2. During the check out process, the description says that there will be instructions on how to use the gift card. But the confirmation email that I got is a receipt with billing information, and payment information. There is a no information on how to use it as a gift.3. There is a Download button in the email. When I clicked the button, it requires me to sign in with my Microsoft Account. This makes no sense. I want to use it as a gift. Why should I sign in with my Microsoft Account? After signing in with my Microsoft Account, I was shown the Product Key. There is no instructions on how to use this product key, or how to send this as a gift card. It has a one line description that says I should contact one of the agents if I need help downloading the software.In summary, there is no instructions on how to use the gift card or send it as a gift. The solution, according to the Download page, is to contact a human being for help.
