Inspired by Surface, this special-edition Wedge Touch Mouse is small enough to fit in your pocket. The high-end, dark titanium finish looks and feels luxurious, and perfectly complements your device.
Easily paired with Bluetooth technology and perfect for your mobile lifestyle.
BlueTrack Technology allows you to work and play on virtually any surface whether you’re at a conference or a coffee shop.*
Works with Surface, Surface 2, Surface Pro, Pro 2 or Pro 3.
Four-way touch scrolling lets you scroll vertically and horizontally using the sleek touch strip. Flick up, down, and side to side to navigate spreadsheets, long documents, web pages and the new features of Windows 8 and Windows 10. Scroll slowly with a gentle swipe or quickly with a flick of the finger, then tap to stop.
Wedge Touch Mouse even knows how to conserve energy. When your PC or tablet is shut down or hibernating, the mouse goes into "backpack mode" and automatically shuts itself off.

Rated 5 out of5 bybob1999 fromsuper portable and works wellGreat device that goes great with my surface. Still figuring it out though. Haven't read up on all the gestures yet and mainly use it as a standard mouse. Very sensitive and I can use it in tight spots.

Rated 3 out of5 byaidangalloway fromPortable, but poor scrollingIt is a good mouse as far as moving around and clicking goes, but its driver seems quite outdated and lacking. If it were to have an improved driver that made it have at least as good scrolling as the type cover 3, and if it were to support customizable options such as implementing the ability to click and hold the mouse wheel, it would be a much better overall product. As it is, it only really works well in the most basic sense of a mouse, and nothing more. So, what needs to happen:Fix these issues in some sort of software or driver updateorFix these issues in the next iteration, and create some sort of trade in program. It is important to establish yourself as a viable and quality hardware manufacturer, Microsoft; be it a mouse or a Surface tablet, there needs to be a certain degree of consistency in quality and experience across all of your first party hardware.

Rated 1 out of5 bynomore microsoft fromDidn't last longThe Wedge Touch Mouse for Surface Edition is a piece of junk. For the price I paid, I hope it would last longer than a year or two. I didn't even drop and took it any where. The battery door didn't shut completely and the battery door release button got stuck.

Rated 4 out of5 byFirewallbill fromWorks great with Surface 2My experience with bluetooth rodents in general has been lousy, but this one is very nice.Pros - reliable once up, super battery life, smooth, precise, ergonomics great for my small hands, easy to stuff in padded sleeve with Surface, works with one rechargeable batteryCons - sometimes after powering up the Surface I have to go into device charm, bluetooth, before it re-appearsComplaint - power switch is easily pressed on in bag causing it to run downWorkaround - I am in the habit of opening battery door (very easy) and leave open when in bagOverall, it is the best compact mouse I have seen, recommended.

Rated 2 out of5 byr794d2 fromHighly uncomfortable - kept going into sleep modeI bought this to go with my surface pro. This mouse is so small - I still liked it because it claims to be able to go over most surfaces and for short term use - it is okay comfort-wise. That is, when you can get it to "wake up" from backpack mode. This mouse was basically a nightmare to use due to the disconnects and backpack mode. I ended up with a logitech - had to waste my usb port one the lil' logitech dongle but, the mouse works flawlessly (as with most logitech products).

Rated 5 out of5 byDesmond fromGreat size and very stylishI was choosing between the Arc Touch and this. I'm glad I opted for the Wedge - I enjoy it's smaller size and find it great for use in tighter spaces like airplanes. The battery lasts long enough and it is very well built. I love the Type Cover 2 but the track pad doesn't always work well with heavy Excel usage - this guy does the trick and in a sleek package.I recommend this without hesitation.

Rated 1 out of5 bylilia1245 fromConnection problemsThe mouse loses its connection regularly, and the process of reconnecting is complicated. The last time this happened I couldn't get the Surface Pro to recognize the wedge mouse at all. So I am mouseless. I don't understand why this should be an issue--I've dealt with bluetooth devices for many years; this is not new technology.
