Rated 1 out of5 by fromInternet must be connected to use the program!I found 365 to be a wasted investment for me. I discovered after I bought it that I can't use the product without being connected to the internet, and as I bought it specifically for when I was travelling to use on my iPad, that just didn't happen… I did not have access to the internet when I wanted to use it, so I found 365 to be very frustrating to use….and so will I renew? definitely NO….as I need a product that I can rely on using on my iPad 24/7 - regardless of where I am travelling in the world….

Rated 4 out of5 by fromPoweful and User friendlyWe have been running this on 5 computers and mobile devices, the transition was seamless as we migrated from 7 and 10. This product is much more user friendly and gets projects done in half the time. The suite integrates well with other software. The subscription is a very cost effective way to upgrade software if you are running multiple devices.OneDrive has sorted out its earlier issues and is a great tool when you are mobile.Unfortunately 365 does not work on Android Tabs. This is disappointing and Microsoft need to make their product available to the fastest growing market; otherwise they would have received 5 stars.

Rated 2 out of5 by fromOffice 365 - market power abuseOffice 365 is adequate: it seems to be the cheapest way to keep operating with Microsoft. I preferred the days of a disc you bought with the package on it so you could have the software for future use on an obsolete machine, or to transfer to another machine, without having to have internet access, or all the accounts keeping nonsense that detracts from the use & operation of a modern PC. Don't get me started on the so called "upgrades" that come with the latest versions of EXCEL & WORD where you need to re-learn how to do the simplest operations. Bring back XP and all the 2003 versions of Office...

Rated 2 out of5 by fromDisappointmentI have been with Microsoft for more years than I care to remember. I previously bought the disk, installed the product and received updates on line. Now it seems everyone wants to charge users an annual subscription fee and it is not about service but making money. Now I have problems with instability, I try to repair it through the control panel either a quick repair or online repair and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. If I uninstall and then re-install, I am asked the same boring questions and at times my account is not recognised. If I were a computer geek I'd probably know how to fix problems but I am not. I purchased Microsoft the help programme. for A$210 but it too has failed miserably.Would I recommend MS products to friends and colleagues - that depends awfully on whether MS can lift their game. Am I disappointed - very much so.

Rated 2 out of5 by fromSerious problem way too early!I do like Office products and, in spite of the diehards, I have loved the ribbon immediately some years ago, However, somehow or another my ribbon in Word has become corrupted. It looks waaaayyyyy different than it should; it is smaller and not properly graphical, it has lost its proper shape and nearly all of its colours - mostly black and white; Many, if not most menu items are missing.I have searched the net for solutions there is nothing remotely like this mentioned anywhere at all. At this time I relocating my home and changing countries at the same time, so I can't any more time to solve this, including a re-installation.Very displeased indeed.

Rated 5 out of5 by fromGreat Suite Of ProductsI have been using Microsoft Office for many years. However, the Office 365 suite is definitely the best package of products that I have used. It is easy to use and gives me great flexibility in achieving what I need to achieve. The connectivity between each of the products is great. Having OneDrive with 1tb of storage is a major asset as I have used my files on the go using my Android phone and iPad.

Rated 1 out of5 by fromDisappointmentI find the appearance of Office 365 very bland and an eyestrain after a while with the white/grey colour scheme. The previous blue/green pastels are so much easier to look at for extended time periods. The functionality is very poor; eg. everytime I opened Outlook it opened in a non-normal view. I had to change it each time to the normal view and on closing the program it would default to non-normal. the Folders bar did not include the deleted mail, the spacing between folders meant fewer are visible. I found the whole experience so frustrating that I cancelled my subscription, got a refund on the purchase and reinstalled my old version of Office.
