Ratings and Reviews

Rated 1 out of5 by fromRandom Reboots and App issues Waste TimeAfter three months using the Lumia 650 I had to abandon it. It would crash both itself and my PC when plugged in often preventing me transferring files. There were random reboots and the music player rarely played through a complete track without shutting down. It has been factory reset multiple times but the longest trouble free use was about 3 weeks. Loved the screen, liked the OS however it doesn't work in the 650 package. I don't think the unit is faulty. The problems are possibly down to the low amount of memory included. I don't know but I do know I wouldn't be prepared to considered replacing this with another Window phone unfortunately.

Rated 5 out of5 by fromWorks wellI bought it in June 2016 and in august it broke. It would not turn on. I sent it back and in 1 week it was back. So far no new problems. The phone works fast and has good battery life. I can get thru a whole day of replying to texts and 10 calls as well as some gaming and some Netflix and YouTube without needing to plug it in. It is loud enough to be herd in loud places and the vibration is strong enough all though something like a IPhone would be stronger. So far since the replacement it has been working better then any other phone I have used alto sometimes the CPU is slow and it will crash maybe 2 times a week but it has never happens during a call.

Rated 5 out of5 by fromBrilliant Daily DriverLet's be clear, this isn't a flagship phone. That's my 950 Class, but the 650 is the natural upgrade to my 640 as my work device. This thing is portable productivity in a sleek lightweight form factor that looks and feels better than the current competition. Infact, it looks and feels better than my 6S on account of how ropey the current iPhones look.Of note, it's also staying good looking. None of that worn edges nonsense from other well known smartphones.Excellent price, Office, storage expansion, OneDrive and more and more Windows apps - highly recommended.

Rated 5 out of5 by fromAmazing value for money!Having had mixed feelings about numerous Windows phones previously supplied by my company, this is the first one which is as capable and slick to use as my personal phones (iPhones/Microsoft950 as well now as Windows10 has sold me). Hardware of 950 is better with the camera one of the best I've experienced for day to day use but 650 is the best phone I have come across at this level.

Rated 2 out of5 by fromBeautiful But Slow CPUThe Lumia is a beautiful phone with a slim body and metal trim. Its large five inch screen has natural colors and good contrast.Sadly, it has a slow CPU and only 1gb of RAM memory, limiting its ability to smoothly run challenging apps and games. The Lumia 650 is a good phone for calling, with good voice quality. Texting and email are reliable. But it the wrong phone for people who like to run lits of apps and challenging games. The 650 has Microsoft Office so you can review and edit documents from your computer on your phone. You can synch your calendar and email on your phone with your computer.

Rated 5 out of5 by fromVery Nice MobileThe phone has a superb OLED display very vibrant colours, crisp sharp text and is glance enabled the screen looks like it belongs on a much more expensive phone.Aluminium edging around the phone makes the phone look and feel a lot more expensive than it is the whole phone is very well built no creaks nothing rattling around etc. Phone is very light I do prefer a heavier phone if I'm honest but this is just a personal preference.Windows 10 Mobile runs very smooth with the Snapdragon 212 running at 1.3GZ and 1GB of ram, these spec's won't set the world alight but more than enough for the average user and zips through the menu's and online with no lag that I've noticed. All the apps I'll ever need are there, Internet, Banking and the usual suspects, Facebook, Twitter etc. I'm not a real app person as I use the phone for what phones were originally intended for Calls and Texts and this suits my needs and some.If you read this review Microsoft (This is what the 950 should have looked like)

Rated 4 out of5 by fromVery poor parts backup!I bought this excellent phone around March this year, after a long wait. Unfortunately, due to its very light weight, just one fall and the screen cracked. It has been months since I am trying to source a replacement screen but there seems to be none available. Contacted multiple shops in UK as well as enquired severally with the web based customer service, but honestly frustrating as many shops say there are no parts yet. It beats me how such an otherwise fascinating product has been released without the obvious consideration of screen replacement arising out of the phone's own essential feature - its light weight. Can anyone guide me to a supply place?
