Rated 1 out of5 by fromdoes not chargeThe adapter stopped working after about 6 months of use, some cable seems to be loose inside as I can make it work if i move around the adapter.

Rated 5 out of5 by fromSo happy with the service!!!After having problems with the power supply I contacted support and the answer was great! Because my Surface is still into the warranty time, the sent me a new Power Supply and they were really nice with my problem. I actually can recommend Surface Pro 3

Rated 1 out of5 by fromBreaks easily and not sold.I am on my third charger after the first two have broken. The ridiculous price of the charger just makes the situation worse. Now they do not sell the charger at and I am unable to use my surface at all.

Rated 1 out of5 by fromMagnetic power supplyVery disappointed. I look after my Surface (which I love) really well, but the power cable has broken, as it has for many other people, apparently. Same thing happened to my son. What's more, I can't even buy a replacement as every stockist (including the Microsoft Store) is out of stock. This is enough to put me off buying another Surface.

Rated 1 out of5 by fromPoor design and qualityThe quality of the charger is terrible, I am having to replace after only 6 months as the power pack itself has give up. The tablet is great but let down by poor and expensive accessories. I have had to reinforce the low voltage side cable out of the charger almost immediately after purchase as it started to twist and I knew if I did not, it would break off. It is clearly designed to sit on a desk all day, not carried around and used like the tablet. Very disappointed.

Rated 1 out of5 by fromDesign FaultThere is a design fault (Or had been designed to fail) on the Charger 240/110V side of the Cable. There is not enough support on the flexable cable-to plug (to charging unit), and during normal use cable gets damaged by going open circuit.
