  • This Protection Plan is classified as an insurance product per local regulations.
  • You may only purchase a Microsoft Protection Plan either from Microsoft or from the same Retailer selling the original device if a Protection Plan is offered by the retailer. Plans must be sold with an eligible device and never as a standalone product.
