Rated 4 out of5 by fromExcellent improvement over Windows 8Windows 10 is a huge improvement over Windows 8. I found that Windows 8 was more touch-orientated therefore making it harder to use with a mouse and keyboard. I love how Windows 10 includes some of the functionality of Windows 8 (e.g. live tiles) while reintroducing the start menu that was introduced in Windows 7. I think its great how Microsoft is giving Windows 7, 8 and 8.1 users the opportunity to upgrade by making Windows 10 free of charge for a limited time. The only thing I dislike about Windows 10 is incompatibility with fingerprint readers on business laptops. I have a HP laptop which is running Windows 10, and I can't see an option in settings to set up the fingerprint reader. I saw on Google that Microsoft is planning to make fingerprint readers compatible with Windows 10 soon.

Rated 1 out of5 by fromWIN 10 freeze "randomly"...hard drive access probI am not happy with Win10. Win 8.1 never hang on me and had any problems with my aged PC hardware. My computer has SSD, regular drives and RAID0 (without dedicated drivers) ... I admit, installation can be tricky on such system, but Win10 did installed fine. I was happy. When, system started freezing randomly for 10-60 seconds with HD LED constant on.I worked out that is actually system tha has an issue with something. I disassembled my RAID0 - it did not helped. My next step in troubleshooting is removing SSD. :-(I noticed that far too many people have problems with hard drives and I can not find solutions. This whole situation should not happen at all.

Rated 1 out of5 by fromVery buggy - each fix causes other problems.I upgraded when Win 10 first came out. It is still a little buggy and I receive MANY updates. Currently, whenever I receive a new update I cannot connect to the internet. All web pages say, "cannot display page - try again later" - the internet works fine on all other devices in the house NOT running Win 10. Before this issue, Win 10 caused another computer to turn on instead of off when the computer would sleep causing the battery to drain. I do not use the new "features" of Win 10 like Cortana - the last thing I need is to deal with more things that don't work.

Rated 4 out of5 by fromSo far so good, but it can be improvedI am Windows user since I started using computers. The only thing that I want is the possibility to revert to the classic desktop (yeah, that one that came with Windows 95 until Windows 7). Using eyecandy and fancy themes is good, but I don't care too much about being fancy. A classic theme without effects saves a lot of RAM, believe it or not.

Rated 5 out of5 by fromNot only works great but compatibleFor an MSI GT780DXR. Not a problem with old drivers from windows 7. Most of the drivers are from 8.1 and the ones from windows 7 that did not work I simply opened them in compatability mode "windows 7" after the install. It is much better than windows 8.1 it feels like an upgrade from windows 7 not a downgrade like windows 8.1. Just remember to disable all the privacy and tracking for your own sake. One more thing in windows 8.1 my (gaming) laptop would freeze randomly due to the nvidia drivers/windows 8. This is solved in windows 10 with the nvidia for windows 10. Regardless you should upgrade to avoid weird glitches and crashes from windows 8.1. To make the P1 button work you must manually start VGA OC Tool as an administrator. and your good to go

Rated 5 out of5 by fromWindows 10 - The Best Microsoft Windows.I've beta tested this product for the last 6 months and some system builds had me wondering if they were going to put it all together. Correctly. They did an excellent job I must say including the setup program upgrade from Windows 7 to 10. Flawless! They will be providing updates over the next few weeks and months to fine tune things and fix things that need fixing.
