Then Microsoft Project 2016 shuts down. However when I downloaded, saved and ran the patch issued on 9 February (KB3114714 from here https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3114714) I got the message that 'There are no products affected by this package installed on this system.'Does this mean the patch itself is broken?I have definitely got Microsoft Project 2016 installed on my PC (running Windows 10). Has anyone else run into this problem and figured out a solution? I have asked it on the Microsoft Forums but no-one seems to know.

Rated 4 out of5 byrussbinder fromNicely updated. Seems easier to use now.I downloaded this a week or so ago, and it worked fine. I usually hate downloads. They almost never work for some reason or another. This was OK. I still want a disc, though, and popping for that much money and not having a hard copy seems...risky. I'd give it 5 stars, except for the disc and not having used it that long yet. But, so far, no issues. This beats the death out of Libre or the other shareware deals - of course, for the price, it had better.

Rated 4 out of5 bytnissen fromNo competition yet...Project has some unique capabilities that no one can really touch in a simple way yet. It's way over built, however. If Microsoft would make a version for "home" and the every day user...I think it would be a more manageable product for the vast majority of the projects I employ. In fact, if Smartsheet would just add "Total Slack" to their suite and remove the fact that blowing out a start date automatically severs the link of its predecessor, it would be the choice product to use. To give Project credit, however, it has been the most helpful communication tool for teams I have ever used. When built correctly without fluff (unless predefined as something like Management Reserves) it really stops all the arguing at planning meetings or in the "war rooms" and help get the production folks on board to move with a purpose and focus.

Rated 2 out of5 byJenny06 fromWhere are the instructions on how to use this progI purchased this product about two weeks ago, I'm still trying to figure out how to use it. For the price I paid, I would have liked a CD disk and a user guide. I'm not a business, I'm a student studying program management. I have two laptops, one tablet, smart phone and a desktop computer and I can only load on one computer. My husband also have a laptop, tablet, and smart phone. Would like my whole household to be able to use this program on their computer as well. Where can I get instructions on how to use this program?
