Rated 4 out of5 by fromFun for the family! My kids, 5, 7, and 15, love this game and the ones before it. I like the less serious dance routines like "Hero" and "Mah Na Mah Na" for laughs. The routines are easy to learn and difficult to master. You unlock more variations as you play the game by earning high scores.I've foundthat it's also a great party game for adults!

Rated 2 out of5 by fromNot As Good As Previous OnesI was so excited to get the latest Just Dance that I didn't bother waiting to see what other reviewers thought of it. I was disappointed at not only paying full price when the price was lowered during the holiday shopping season but the structure of the game was lackluster. I was disappointed in the choice of songs that were selected. There were way better songs for dancing that weren't selected. I also didn't like the dance moves. More of the dance moves have you going on the floor or bending over which is not a move that every person can do. I have recently been using Just Dance as part of my workout routine and I can't use Just Dance 2015. All it offers is the ability to select the songs and then the amount of time. It's not like the previous versions that either offer sweat options or include extra workout exercises in between the songs. Just Dance 2015 is just an overall disappointment.

Rated 1 out of5 by fromNothing like the previous Just Dance games, letdowI've always wanted to buy these just dance games. I've tried them, tried the demos. Thought they were cool. You have levels of difficulty, you can focus on moves to perfect them with clear diagrams of the moves, and then progress to the next difficulty with new structured movements, etc. It was very structured and actually focused on learning the moves and it was clear to see and analyze. Now this game is an abomination of a social experiment without learning dance move in mind. It seems to be mainly about comparing your score with other Just Dancers who have mimicked the dance well enough. There is one video for each song, no difficulty settings, it is tremendously difficult to read the moves half the time, it's hard to kept track of whether you did the move properly or not, and the diagrams are little stick men you can be bothered to look at because you'll miss the movement the dancer is performing you have to imitate. There is no feeling of learning or training in terms of dance moves, your only measurement of progress is how many stars you've achieved by the end of the song since its hard to keep track of which moves you got wrong or right. On the same note, it seems you can simply flail your limbs and it will give you credit for certain moves. It is just blatantly clear that the spirit of the game has moved away from learning individual dance moves with a clear path of learning, enjoyment, and training. Looks like I should have bought 2014 I guess. This definitely wasn't what I was expecting.
