Rated 5 out of5 by fromComputer on a Stick? Mind Blown !!!I got this during Boxing Day 2015.I showed my spouse - BOOM, mind blown !I showed my 13 year old son - OK, so what, what games can you get on the AppsThe remote is great for my 13 year old son, Microsoft Wireless Keyboard with Touchpad V2 is idea for those of us older than 30.All the features of a entry level desktop are here, without the hardware bulk.Make any "Non-Smart" TV even Smarter !Do the math on the value proposition.Buy the 50 TV you want at about $500, add this at $130.It's way better than the SMART TV 50" products !When your TV gets obsolete, no problem, move it to the next one.Or, move it to any TV in your house, in your Hotel Room, ANYWHERE in the World !

Rated 5 out of5 by fromI got oneI bought one a couple months ago, very good product. Works great w/my home wi-fi. The Atom processor line is slower than Intel's main processor lines, so don't expect lightening processing, but it is adequate. In general, this is great. I like that my TV has Windows in addition to Android O.S; gives wonderful flexibility for little additional investment. My only complaint is; I wish the computer would automatically turn on when I switch on the TV (I'm using the TV's USB for power). I have to go physically turn on the computer after turning on the TV.

Rated 1 out of5 by fromTerrible WiFiMy router is less that 20 feet away with only the TV between it and this device. I still can't get a signal. I thought, ok no big deal I'll just get a USB 2.0 splitter and an external Wifi antenna. It wouldn't work. The remote won't connect. I may have to get a powered USB 2.0 splitter but this has turned into too much of a headache. Sorry. It was a great idea but this device shouldn't have been released to the public like this. I'd have been happier with an Ethernet port.

Rated 4 out of5 by fromGood home PCI purchased mine 3 months ago. (same time as the 32 inch flat screen TVs went on sale). I use the TV as a monitor and TV. Love it. It has been used every day. Simple set up and simple to use. The "remote" is for people that are good at phone texting, so, my kids use that. I bought a wireless keyboard and mouse (I use that). I wish it had the 64 bit Windows 10 and more than 2 gig of ram (that is why I gave it a 4 instead of 5). I am going to get another (for my use because the kids keep this one in use).

Rated 1 out of5 by fromDid not workI was so excited to try this item. I followed the instructions to hook it up, turned it on and immediately got a message that the PC was in need of repair. It then went to a screen that was titled automatic repair, when I clicked on OK it turned itself off. I tried powering it on several times with the same result. I contacted Micorsoft Store.com and was sent a shipping label to return the item which I did. I am still waiting for a refund. The comment made by the Microsoft person that I contacted stated that I had changed my mind about the purchase.

Rated 4 out of5 by fromCute as a button.. BUTWhen I hooked this up to my 55" Scepter TV to set it up, it wouldn't boot. Crashed twice, Win10 wanted to reset so I let it... it died again.. and again.. and again.. I was afraid I was going to have to send it back. Finally, out of desperation, I hooked it up to a Sanyo 27". Once it was connected to that and forcing it to boot with a standard wireless keyboard instead of the remote, Win10 reloaded perfectly. After doing the whole setup on the Sanyo, I brought it back to the Scepter and hooked up the remote. Works fine. DID have to reset the resolution to 1680x1050 for it to look correct and not "hide the edges".Couple things:1) Shut down and turn off before inserting/removing SD card2) You CAN use a regular USB keyboard if necessary to get into the Lenovo BIOS3) It'll run warm so give it plenty of airflow room4) I'd suggest using the power brick that comes with it so the power isn't dependent on whether the TV is on or off.I'd give it a 5 star, but having to go through the setup panic set me off just a little. .the average person would've wound up returning it.

Rated 4 out of5 by fromSurprisingly capableI purchased this set a few weeks ago and have it more or less permanently attached to my TV in the living room. It works especially well for streaming services like Acorn, Hulu, and Netflix. I have also used it for some online courses that I am taking. The remote is functional but the size of the keyboard does make readability an issue sometimes in subdued lighting.
