Ratings and reviews

Rated 5 out of5 by fromAbsolutely FantasticThe first time i tried this was with dying light and it's so realistic and fun i was scared for my life. Since the first time, I have let all my family and friends try it out (with different games of course) and each one of them has become addicted. I love the Oculus Rift and will always be a huge supporter.10/10 would have mini heart attacks again.

Rated 5 out of5 by fromCoolest thing everThis is the best quality vr out there. The touch remotes are now for sale which are far better than the vive (uncomfortable) wands.

Rated 5 out of5 by fromAmazing VRI cant believe how amazing Oculus is, some of the exclusive games like Chronos is a masterpiece, I don't think I can go back to normal 2D games after this. it feels so real. I cant wait till they make more games. some people say you get the black bars on the side is extremely nitpicking.people like that cant appropriate that this is the FIRST Consumer VR that actually works good.

Rated 2 out of5 by fromTried this again and still disappointed...I really tried this VR Headset for about two weeks, and it just isn't my cup of tea for the following reasons:1. Isolation, really felt isolated from the world. Yeah, there was the game universe, but it wasn't that immersive.2. For some of my neighbors, they still got motion sickness3. You look like a dork when you use it and other people are sitting around. The share games like on Sony should be an improvement.Good things about the technology: Windows 10 was a good choice, better than the Android cardboard. This will be useful for medicine and science, engineering, and by building games, the technology will advance. For games and social interaction as this ad suggests: Don't buy it for that, there is no social component.

Rated 2 out of5 by fromBeta hardwareI have the DK2 and this isnt really any better. The FoV is too small to actually be considered "virtual reality" the first thing I noticed is the huge black bars on both sides, and I had hoped this would be fixed from DK2, my heart sank.I guess it's a little lighter and looks cool, but theres also no games, everything is a demo right now, and who knows when they'll make the hand controllers available, since they havent even announced a launch date, it could easily be 2017.A huge disappointment.
