Rated 1 out of5 by fromDon't Waste our $Money$...I bought this application a month ago as I loved using Outlook on my Windows desktops in the past. Further, my associates and I wanted to use a standard tool for Email/Calendars/Tasks even though he was on Windows and I was on Mac. The biggest downfall for us was that Task Management does not transfer between the Windows and Mac versions---this really defeated the purpose of our purchase. Further, the email system doesn't see to function that well, and I found that the email from my web outlook account was much better to use than the application itself. All in all, this is the most disappointed that I have ever been in a Microsoft product.

Rated 1 out of5 by fromToo unstable to useAfter several hours I was finally able to set up my office (Exchange) account. However, any attempt to move from the email module to any of the other modules (calendar, tasks and contacts) causes the program to stall...the spinning pinwheel. The stall may resolve on its own but will generally take more than a minute to do so. More times than not the stall causes the program to be deemed unresponsive despite repeated instructions to wait for it to resolve. This totally defeats the purpose of using Outlook as the email client and renders it useless. Better off just using Mail and opening the individual apps for tasks, contacts and calendar that are baked into Capitan.

Rated 3 out of5 by fromDoesn't play well with othersI've thoroughly enjoyed the way Outlooks functions by itself. It looks good, has tons of functional options, and is smooth to use. But it doesn't sync with other devices hardly at all. Outlook for PC has options this one doesn't, but both have serious limitations. At the very least, I'd want this to sync with Outlook.com so I can have the app on my phone the same as my computer. Why don't you sync with your own company?? I'm in the process of looking for other programs to manage my email, contacts, calendar, and tasks. Syncing with my phone is not an optional feature.

Rated 1 out of5 by fromSuper SLOW !I cant believe that it takes up to 10 min to receive a email. The refresh on this is beyond slow and disappointing. I have Outlook on my Windows PC and it works just fine, why is it so slow on my Macbook Pro ?The refresh option only allows you to go 2min BUT my windows version allows you to go every 1min. Why ? Am i doing something wrong here ?I LOVE the power of Outlook, the options and convenience BUT the lagging refresh kills it for me. I'm a broker & work from my email ALL DAY LONG. SPEED is everything..

Rated 2 out of5 by fromNot ready for PrimeTimeLots of minor problems and a couple of major ones that make Office 2016 unreliable. Forget about using it on the new Mac OS. Big problems there.

Rated 1 out of5 by fromNo user's guideIt seems as though Outlook 2016 for Mac has taken several steps backwards. It has less functionality and is difficult to to tailor to my needs. I would not recommend it.
