And thus far, I am really pleased with the level of Technical Support I have gotten from them. Everyone I have worked with has been really helpful in getting my Operating System working again! And things went so well that I decided to extend my support with Microsoft to cover a whole year.

Now the "owner" icon shows up every time we start it, my wife is now having no use of Microsoft Word, she can't use our Drop Box account. When we try to read our AOL e-mail, nothing acts normal, many times waiting forever, just to read one e-mail, then sometimes that e-mail will "disappear". Worst thing we've done!

So most of my E-mail i must use a different system to read it. What a bust For the rest of the program i am still working on it.
