Rated 1 out of5 by fromGreat mouse but can't replace the broken USB fob!I loved the mouse until I broke the USB FOB. Now I have no other option except to purchase a new mouse. I checked the Microsoft Store they said they could get parts but then would say later that they couldn't. Help!

Rated 3 out of5 by fromAmazing, but not for laptop useIn short , ToBuyOrNotToBuy = (desktopUse) ? "Must Buy" : "Do Not Buy";I have severe pain in my wrist and this mouse helped a lot. Most comfortable mouse I have used so far. But the transceiver is huge and flimsy. It sticks out of laptops and breaks with ease and cannot be replaced. Will buy 2 instantly if it is updated to Bluetooth or something like an unifying receiver.

Rated 1 out of5 by fromDoesn't work for me, as well as I was hopingUnfortunately, this mouse isn't the right one for me. First of all, it is too small for my hand, as a man. My pinky feels out of place and rubs on the mousepad as I move and considering this was supposed to be an ergonomic RELIEF, my fingers actually hurt more for long durations of time.Honestly, I'd rather send this mouse back, than keep using it, but giving the best try I can.Sorry Microsoft, but this really didn't solve the problem I was hoping it would.
