Rated 5 out of5 by fromSeamless transition! Works great!I have had no problems with Outlook 2016. I was pleased with the price and, especially, the service when I texted on-line with your service representative. He recommended the best solution to my dilemma. Thank you!!

Rated 5 out of5 by fromThank you to Microsoft!I was a little cautious about installing Outlook after reading some of the reviews on this webpage, but I desperately needed an email program because I didn't have one on my new computer! I was in total shock at the easy download and how simple Microsoft made this program to install and to get it up and running! I am NOT a tech, just an average person with average skills, so I was beyond happy when my list of emails began automatically downloading into the program! I've never used Outlook, but I like the clean look and ease of use. Thank you so much for brightening my day!

Rated 1 out of5 by fromHorrible update, hard to navigateThe latest update is horrible. The flagged emails no longer update and appear at the top of the screen. The boxes only appear if the mouse is over them. The whole screen is hard to read. Nightmare to navigate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rated 1 out of5 by fromNot an improvementJust got this downloaded on my office pc yesterday. Ugh-awful. Email has lots of wasted space. Not a clean presentation. And of course has to have blue all over it-what's that about?? The constant changes that don't improve the system seem to be made just to keep programmers employed. Wish I was able to go back to Thunderbird-now that was a neat mail system. Avoid this if you can.
